It's the same in any endeavor in your life, whether you're, um, working in medical school, in law school, getting your PhD, an emergency room physician.
It, we call it the long game of human performance, right? So the lessons I learned is that you have to set boundaries in your life.
I- if you're getting to this, these breaking points, which, you know, burnout, we can all experience burnout as an athlete, as a professional, as a parent.
When you're getting to these kind of breaking points, it's, it means something's out of balance.
