Because I know this is something important to you, and this is something important to me.

And while I have created a business model with a certified coach and really digital franchise that has helped me scale my impact, my number one priority is helping my clients see individualized, personalized, customized results based on their goals, based on their background.

So talk with me a little bit about the importance of looking at the individual, and maybe even, like, work me through if, if you are advising a trainer or working with a client yourself, what are some of the first questions you ask that client as they come through your practice?

So if, if I sort of bring this back to a core premise, which is this thing about nutrition, fitness, et cetera, and the goal of...

You know, which is why most clients would work with us for, you know, personal training.

If you're an elite- ... athlete, coach, whatever, it's, it's... that's all about performance and winning medals and goals and matches.

But as a PT, you're often working with somebody because that person wants to, to lose weight, they want to improve their body composition.

H- health and wellness, it is a full package of things, but there's nothing like, you know, looking at yourself in the mirror and going, "Do you know what? I've, I've looked totally different." That self-confidence, uh, that comes from it, other people, it...

There's just something about that, and it is a huge motivating factor for anyone, um, because you can't see your blood test results i, i- in your own body.

It's not like you look in the mirror and go, "Oh, y- you're looking great this morning.

Your cholesterol is nice and low," or, you know, uh, "Oh, you're looking fine today, your blood pressure..." You know, you don't see this stuff.

There's all sorts of stuff that goes on, but there is nothing more motivating than feeling good about yourself because you feel like you look, you know? And it goes the other way, because if you, if you're not feeling good and you look like you feel, that's pretty depressing as well.

What did matter is that the personal needs and preferences of the individual you're working in is the central focus.

'Cause at the end of the day, and this is what's really important, because we all get obsessed.

I personally conduct research in evidence-based practice, right? I'm all about scientific evidence and so on.
