Extra Time at World Sevens | Match Day 2

Today.

it is shaping up a little bit like this.

We have got Manchester United versus Aston Villa kicking us off, then Tottenham versus West Ham, Everton versus Leicester, Chelsea versus London City Lionesses, Aston Villa then against West Ham, and Manchester United against Tottenham wrapping up the day.

So United are opening and closing the day, much like Chelsea did.

Can you tell us a little bit about how the groups are looking?

So Chelsea are through to the semifinals already, so they're already in.

Mm-hmm.

And London City are already out, so despite having to play one final game, they are out of the competition.

You still have to come though, guys.

Yeah, you still have to come.

And then the other thing is the first game between Manchester United and Aston Villa, the winner of that will qualify for the semi-finals.

Then basically it's all up in the air for everything else.

Okay, so everyone else could still potentially get a semi-final place.

Okay, good to know.

Is there any fixture you're

looking forward to? I think the first one, United-Aston Villa.

I always go with the first one, don't I? So I think that would be a good one.

And I think actually the first and last, the book ending.

I'm thinking the same.

Obviously the way both teams

played yesterday, United and Aston Villa, bagging absolutely loads of goals.

I'm hoping that doesn't mean we're going to extra time because nobody wants to score.

I'm expecting goals in that fixture.

And then also, of course, the history between the two managers of Mark Skinner and Martin Ho makes the Manchester United and Tottenham one all the more interesting.

They had some very interesting games.
