I love that analogy, especially when you, um, in the beginning when you said about, you know, like, breathwork, and I think that people don't really understand...

My thought was, [laughs] um, in the beginning when you said your first near-death experience about choosing, and you know, I know it's conditioning or it's just, you know, what I hear, um, but I don't think people, or a lot of people, maybe some people do now, um, but a lot of people, I know in the beginning I didn't think that I chose to come here.

But then going through my own healing, I did get to choose, and it's really interesting that you said this because I don't think people, every single person got to choose, gets to choose if they wanna stay versus go.

And even though that through my three near-death experiences I felt like I was pushed back, I was shown that I still chose to come back.

Like I, seeing that, and I think that's really powerful too, especially, um, you know, with the world that we live in, and I think that that's, like, a really powerful statement because a listen- like if you're listening, or a listener, you know, and you're in, in a really dark place- Howe- wherever that is for you in your journey, I think that you still have the power to choose.

I just needed to highlight that, 'cause I think that that is really powerful when you are in, you know, w- in a place that you feel like, "I just can't do this anymore," or, "I don't wanna be here." You know, I think that that is really powerful, so thank you for saying that.

Yeah, and Lauren, I guess I wanna say f- with your listeners that could be in a dark place, the word Israel means one who struggles with God, and when you're really in a relationship, there's a struggle.
