And it really made me lean into thinking about leadership and realizing like sort of my discomfort around leadership or acknowledging myself as a leader.

So I have to really think about, okay, what do I aspire to be? And also the fact that I have stepped into being a leader by virtue of starting a group practice.

And I would say what I think is really important as a leader is, well, first of all, I created a group practice because I believe in the power of the collective, the group, not just the individual.

And also my role as leader is to protect that space in service of each person really coming into their strengths and their gifts.

So that's kind of what resonates for me right now in this moment of what's important as a leader, what I aspire to.

And I feel like I could go and chat with you for a very long time just about that piece.

And, you know, I have to be a really like I've learned as it gets bigger, like I have to be even stronger guardian.

And one of the things that stood out from me in that is like, you do exclude because you're protecting the environment.
