So what was that first hire? You did 75 returns and you said you got up to four or 500.

know, the question is asked because as a business owner, you know, that's a big deal.

Exactly.

My first hire was a part-time person to answer the phones, you know, but tell you what I've learned a lot.

I'm sure as you can imagine, is that the hiring people, like I hired an admin person and And then I was hiring another CPA to start helping me do work because I went from 75, I'm sure a few hundred the next couple of years.

Sometimes you can't see that you have the dollars for it, but you got to do it anyway.

Honestly, that's what happens in small business.

It does.

You don't see that you have it in your bank account.

You think, okay, if I'm going to hire somebody for 50 grand, I got to have 50 grand in my bank account.

It doesn't work that

way.

You got to take the leap.

And I will tell you, at least in my experience, and maybe some advice for small business people starting out, hire sooner than you think.

No doubt.

And you got to bite the bullet.

And I've learned now over the years, I have no problem hiring people now because I know what it does for your practice and your growth.

And it's huge.

It's just hard to make that call.
