Well, listen, let's get back into this thing.

Give us the, the, the rundown on weather, then we'll have a look at By The Numbers as we always do.

Yeah, warm and sunny Thursday and Friday, uncharacteristic October weather, and it's still kinda hitting the area here today and, and at least in the Midwest here.

Um, like it's almost golf weather right now.

It's amazing and beautiful.

Yeah.

Um, we did get a little overcast on Saturday, so it wasn't as much sun, uh, throughout the day, and a little bit colder, so some of the sweatshirts started coming out.

And then, uh, the colder temperatures on Sunday, including a wet racetrack, uh, during the morning hours for the last chance qualifiers and just as we got into the warmups.

Uh, but it was dry for the rest of the day.

Um, there was a little bit of a mist during one of the main events, but, uh, to get the track a little bit damp, but other than that, that was it.

Uh, so no major rain sessions.

Uh, wet racetrack, yes, but nothing major in terms of, uh, precipitation during, uh, activity.

Let's have a look at By The Numbers as we do all the time here on our debriefs.

Look at the, uh, entries that we had in f- on the weekend.

The high watermark over the 10 years was back in 2024, 585 entries.

532 last year, drop of over 50.

A drop of 30 this year, but still over 500.

So there's still, over the 10 years, this year, the third biggest Grand Nationals.

Uh, a number of categories down a little bit.

Uh, cadet down five.

Uh, senior medium down five, and again, that was kinda capped off.

Uh, down, uh, eight in senior heavy.

The biggest drop-offs honestly were the older guys.

Uh, a total of what? 19 down, I think, because, uh, six down in masters at 36, and only 33 drivers in the legends category.

47 last year and 58 two years ago, so, uh, but, uh, you know, a couple classes went up.
