One, I just love the idea of the dance floor and the balcony, and it's such a useful frame for me to kind of think we were even talking just before the call on where we were in our dance floors and balcony times, which is just great.

But I think the powerful thing about that, that you're doing, and that speaks to the idea of generating something in house is that These are not just like leaders who are on an MPQ developing a language with other people on an MPQ that may or may not be in their setting.

That idea of community and knowing there's someone out there to pick up the phone to in a different setting.

We've definitely leveraged technology, lots of our sessions online, mixing people up, getting them talking.

I think before COVID, before all of these tools really developed, I just don't know if I'd have been able to run a course like this across the country in such an impactful way.

But I can now and I feel like we're taking advantage of the technology evolving as well.

Do you know what I think is really cool about that as well is that I think there's been like a journey, you could probably plot it on a graph, I imagine of like, you know, technology use before COVID, you know, not so much in PD and then in COVID everything.
