The first thing is you start to become aware of like, what are the influences in my life? So what kind of people am I around? What kind of music am I listening to? What kind of TV shows and YouTube videos am I watching? What kind of friends am I around? Like you just notice what am I surrounding myself with? Because inside of all of us, we start to believe things like I'm not smart.

We start to believe these things because we're surrounding ourselves with people, with places, with music and other things that are holding us back.

Then you figure out like, okay, well, what do I want? Like, that sounds like a simple question, but if you ask most people, what do you really want? They don't have an answer.

Like, what do you want your life to be like? What kind of people do you want to date? What kind of job do you want to have? What kind of money amount do you want? What kind of place do you want to live? Like you get an idea of what do I want my life to be like and who do I have to become to get it? So the version of you that's making, I don't know, a million dollars, they're probably not hanging around people who are constantly being mean to them.

There's different things that you have to remove so that you can improve how you feel about yourself and The thoughts that you have, the feelings that you have, and the living part, that's your habits.

That's the stuff that you watch, the places you go, the music you listen to.

If you're 15 years old, you can't just move to the other side of the world.

So you're helping them to move away from the patterns that can be quite negative to them to change their thinking.

One of the biggest ones, especially that I encourage parents to be aware of, is how social media is affecting people.

So when you're going on social media and you're seeing people who have a better car than you, they have more money than you, they look better than you, they have all these things.

And there's a lot of messages of you're not enough that is on social media.

Like young people are feeling bad because they don't have what the person on the internet has.
