Gotta say I'm about as sore as a canker Podcast art by Joey Rizk
Um, as you know, I like to weigh myself once a week, and last week I talked about how I thought I was going to be into the 280s for the first time in some time, and I was taunted with 290 on the dot.
Well, I weighed myself this week, and I had to, I had to change the batteries in my scale.
Now, there's obviously a joke somewhere in there about being so heavy that every time I step on the scale, it's like a month worth of stepping on it every day.
Um, and I was doing the thing that I was doing with my TV remote a couple years ago where I was just switching the positions, but that eventually stopped working.
So I put three new batteries in my scale, and I stepped on it, a- and it, and it showed me 287.
I- Am I [laughs], am I, am I t- Am I [laughs], am I two pounds away from having lost 40 pounds? That can't be right.
