Uh, the produce-- the director of it produced the Craig Zobel films, as Craig Zobel.

Uh, you know, Bone Tomahawk and Drag- Dragged Across Concrete, and, uh, it's got that kind of brutality in it.

I mean, people, people die.

[laughs] A lot of people die, a- and in horrible ways, and you know, it's...

And, and the thing about the controversy is like, you know, I've been making controversial movies forever, right? I, I produced and financed Bone Tomahawk in 2014.

Oh, wow.

And since then, and since then I've been, you know, uh, basically trying to find where the third rail is, and I just keep touching it and touching it and then finding the next one.

I've gotta ask you-

I'm definitely gonna give it a shot if it happens, you know.

I take it you're probably a fan of Bone Tomahawk.

It's a great one, though.

It's way too hardcore.

And the example, the movie I always use as an example for this is Bone Tomahawk.

Oh yeah.

Because bone Tomahawk is 90% just kind of a dark Western, right? It's just a West.

It's Western Kurt Russell re redoing his tombstone thing.

And like, there's a, some kind of darker stuff in it.

And there's some, the stuff that's a little bit edgy, but then you get to the end of the movie and there's a gore scene at the end of the movie.

That is one of the most hardcore things you will ever see on film.

Maybe you've heard of it.

He is also in Bone Tomahawk from 2015.

Is he really? Yeah, I can't remember.

We've got to revisit that one.

Well, we could do Westerns that suck.

As long as he's around, there's still a possibility of another great Kurt Russell film

Now he's got these Santa Claus movies that are just basically kind of hit makers for him, and he's just sitting on a bunch of Netflix money, so more power to him.

Did you ever see Bone Tomahawk? Yeah.

No. It's great.

That's one of the craziest movies I've ever seen.

But yeah, I called this Drone Tomahawk.

It reminded me a lot of Bone Tomahawk, but it was a right slog to get through and it was right in the middle of the day and it's hard when that happens.
