I'm just letting you know that this is the first episode of Cold Iron, a new campaign that is secretly a stealth sequel to the Reign of Emery's campaign.
So if you haven't listened to the Reign of Emery's, it might be a good place to start.
One last note is that for the first couple of episodes of Cold Iron, we used voice modulator software to make Caitlyn's Warforged sound a little more Warforgy.
Unfortunately, it didn't always work 100%, so we did stop using it in later episodes, but it does exist in the first couple, so hopefully that's not too distracting for you.
Hello, everybody, and welcome! This is Cold Iron, Episode 1, a brand new homebrew campaign set in our homebrew setting of Elos, here on Dork Tales.
This was originally supposed to launch in November of 2023, and then life finds a way, and so here we are right now.
If you didn't watch episode one, a quick rundown of what you're going to be experiencing.
If I told you which anime inspired me, it'd be pretty obvious what we're doing here.
So, there's gonna be a lot of rootin' tootin', some shootin', and I think you're gonna really enjoy it.
As we're going into this, a quick note that this game is going to feature certain things that may be sensitive issues for some viewers.
That said, there is also rampant capitalism, indentured servitude, and a lot of murder in this.
