So closing your eyes if you haven't already and noticing where your consciousness resides within your body.

And that magnet is going to pull your consciousness and coalesce it in your sixth chakra, that place behind your eyes.

Your sixth chakra is your power of observation, your ability to see spirit, to have some distance from your emotions, from your ego, And it aligns yourself more in tune with the divine so that you can get guidance from the divine.

So noticing what it's like as your consciousness begins to gather and coalesce in your sixth chakra.

How does it feel in your body? What do you notice about it? Your sixth chakra is your guidance center.

When you find yourself kind of trapped in an emotional response that's not feeling good, it's good to sit down and meditate.

and bring your focus to your sixth chakra so you can have the power of observation about the emotion that is happening or about the pain that is happening.
