Each flame can also be visualised within your Solar Heart. The Infinity Breath traces a flowing figure of eight through the body, weaving together heaven and Earth, spirit and body, soul and life. As you inhale, visualise a golden thread travelling through: **Root → Abdomen → Navel → Solar Heart → Back of the head → Crown → Third eye** As you exhale, follow the thread through: **Throat → Solar Heart → Sacrum → Root** Allow the breath to move at a natural, comfortable pace.
