As we slowly breathe in, hold our breath for a moment and let it out, our bodies automatically start to ground and connect into the center of the earth.
Your grounding cord will effortlessly allow any energy that you are finished with or that is not yours to just drain away and disperse into the earth.
As you gather your energy around you and release the cares of your day, see yourself in the center of your head.
As you stand there, notice how much of your energy is coming back to you with each breath and how much of your energy is just clearing away as you breathe out.
Say hello to your grounding cord as it can where it connects into the first chakra.
Notice how it expands when it needs to release more and becomes more solid, the more that you breathe in and out.
