And obviously prior to that election, you were peddled to the medal in pursuit of another two years in office.

So where is your head now in terms of processing this major life change in your day-to-day experience that's coming in January?

I would like to make sure, get completed before I'm done, you know, that we're in the hopper, so to speak.

So I'm just looking to get to the end of the year and the end of my term, and then we'll go from there.

And what about unfinished business, so to speak? I have to imagine there are bills that maybe you didn't get a chance to get across the finish line, or maybe projects that you were either trying to secure funding for or are in the works.

How do you hope to see them to completion? Are you talking to other members being like, hey, can you pick this up? Are you just going to be bothering people in 2027? Hey, don't forget about this.
Yeah,

I'm talking to the governor's people in her budget department to make sure that those monies are there, that they're moving along, that they're going to be okayed, and that those projects are going to get funds that they need to get finished.

And right now, I've been assured by everybody, I mean, as long as we move them along over the next couple of months, that those things will happen and we'll be honored.
