And the only reason that number 10 you're not involved in yet is – Are you entitled? No.
So, uh, I mean really Chandler and Cooper was the first big project and I knew it was a little bit larger than what we needed to.
So one of the issues that my dad had when I worked with him is he was very, uh, uh, like very kind of gun shy on hiring attorneys.
And so he's like, he pushed me to try and go to law school because he's like, well then, you know, then you can do your own law and you don't have to hire attorneys.
But, uh, Like, you only know what you know, right? And you can as easily lose everything by not being proactive on the front end as you can the amount of money that you save.
Like, you can lose 10 times that and get yourself into some real sticky situations.
And so when we needed to get into, like, this larger project, I thought it was going to be a pretty simple, like, hey, architect, throw together –
And when we went in for a pre-app, because we had had an initial pre-app before we hired you, they laughed us out of the room.
And we're like, uh-oh, what did we get ourselves into? So that was where it was kind of like...
