I just took like an arm's length break from social media where I was still available on most places, but I just wasn't replying to many people on front-facing... platforms like Instagram and it was nice uh I couldn't completely detach and unplug like I really really wanted to I still woke up every day and posted at some point during the day and uh I'm happy that I did because it's important to not fall off when this is like my job in some sort of way and if I don't post or you know put something out there uh people tend to forget about you um Which, you know, is true to some extent.

I... don't know how I really feel about it like I hardly made any content while I was gone um and I wasn't mad about it truly it was kind of nice to just be present I will say it was strange for me like I don't know that it's something I always want to do because like I like making content.

I just think sometimes it's really hard when you're constantly creating content and people are reminding me that I'm aging or people that are reminding me that I look fat or I look ugly or I look old.

It's a bit of a battle, but I'm not mad because when I took the break, I was kind of like, see how none of the hecklers matter.

But for somebody who's constantly been posting on social media since I was like 18, it is a very interesting thing to purposely try to unplug when I've never really attempted to do that.
