So the... $20 billion IPO is still in process, of course, but surprisingly, that may have triggered some interest from large buyers.

MGX is one, and so Reuters has reported, as well as, I think I saw a couple of social media posts on this, not from either company, but yeah, just a lot of analysts talking about this.

Yes, so MGX, which is the Abu Dhabi, well, one of the Abu Dhabi investment groups, are, I don't know if it's in the running, How do you describe it? That they have, as an interest, they're purchasing Bay 1?

Yeah, exactly.

If I'm not mistaken, MGX was born out of Mubadala, who, of course, have already got

pretty significant

exposure to the space.

But I think MGX was actually set up specifically to focus on AI and, of course, data samples being a big part of that.

They're already involved in the OpenAI Stargate project, I assume for the Middle East part.

Also, apparently, looking to invest in Anthropic and, yeah, J1 is the latest.

They have attention with their eyes on.

And they own a line with JIP BlackRock as well, which is also Pog, JIP BlackRock, Microsoft, MGX kind of investment

vehicles.

Yeah, MJX are a pretty serious player in the space.

This would fit the profile of be chunky, de-risked, but, like, not de-risked in the sector, but later stage investments.

I think I could argue that Day One has played very smart card here with their RAM-C and their IPO and driving clear valuation here for the platform.

But, yeah, exciting stuff.

Yeah, and they've got a lot of install capacity and a pretty significant pipeline as well.

So,

yeah, that makes sense.
