Support us by browsing our shop! https://darklivity.com/ The Ali Abulaban case is one of the most disturbing true crime stories to come out of the social media age. Known online as **"JinnKid,"** Ali…
So in all seriousness, though, this case is one that you've probably heard of.
If it sounds familiar, it's because it blew up when it happened.
But most people just saw the headlines.
But what we're going to do today is what we usually do.
We're not just scraping the surface of this case.
We're going to be talking about what was really going on behind all of those polished posts and how someone who had everything became a walking nightmare.
This case really stuck with me.
It was October 21st of 2021, a perfectly ordinary Thursday afternoon in downtown San Diego.
The city was calm.
People were out walking their dogs.
They were sipping their iced coffees.
Put yourself in this position.
You're stepping into the lobby of a sleek, luxurious high-rise, expensive marble floors beneath your feet, and the lobby air smells faintly of expensive candles, a signature fragrance meant to reassure their residents that they have made it.
The elevator doors slide open, you step inside, and quickly glance over your shoulder.
There's a man standing in the back corner,
alone,
wearing sunglasses even though you're inside.
He doesn't acknowledge you, not even a nod or a polite smile.
And that's fine.
Maybe he's just having a bad day.
But most people at least offer that awkward elevator smile.
But this guy, his body's rigid.
It's tense.
