Andy SadhwaniGuestRyan FaracelliHostSo I read in your bio that you also took it upon yourself to teach a bunch of space classes for your Eagle Scout

I became an Eagle Scout at 14 and then I eventually started teaching at Scout Camp.

It wasn't until I think I was maybe in my 20s when I actually started teaching Merit Badges outside of like, you know, Wilderness Survival, Pioneer.

And then I went through the principles of propulsion and let's talk about astronauts.

And I was excited to take my experience at Space Camp and feed some of that to the people at boy scout camp and you know now it's scout camp because it's opened up and and i'm hoping that many of them uh have gone to space camp or will so i've taught many iterations of that class many hundreds of rockets i think that have launched from that so kind of rewinding i uh when i was in fifth grade i went to space camp and i remember thinking oh wow you know i wish i had done this when i was you know younger and uh because there was a young girl that was also a mission specialist and she started really really young i think she was like eight.

So like, you know, we did, you know, there was like raft training, like how do you, you know, survive, you know, if you land in the water.

Um, the, the, the, the folks instructing the class, like, wow, like they, they were super in depth and their knowledge and they knew, you know, material outside of like the text that we were reading.

When I came home, uh, to like, this is back in Huntsville or this is in Huntsville.

Uh, they have like a, uh, an amazing, uh, place where all the kids could stay.
