You may be replaying conversations, thinking about tomorrow, or carrying concerns that seem louder now that everything around you is quiet. Sometimes the body is ready for sleep while the heart is still holding on. So pause with Jesus. You do not have to solve tomorrow tonight. Psalm 4 reminds us that we can lie down in peace because our safety rests with the Lord. Lord Jesus, we bring You every thought that keeps turning over in our minds. We give You the conversations we cannot change, the decisions we have not made and the situations we cannot control. Help us loosen our grip and trust You with what belongs in Your hands. We pray for Ireland, South Korea and Botswana, asking You to bring peace to homes, families and communities tonight. We remember the Netherlands, Israel and Zimbabwe, asking You to comfort those carrying worry, grief or uncertainty as they prepare for rest. Holy Spirit, quiet our hearts and turn our attention toward Jesus. Señor Jesús, danos Tu paz. Senhor Jesus, dá-nos a Tua paz. Panginoong Jesus, bigyan Mo kami ng Iyong kapayapaan. Lord, we release this day to You. We release what went well, what went wrong and what remains unfinished. Let Your peace settle over our hearts as we remember that You are awake, even while we sleep. Tonight, we do not need every answer. We simply need to know that we are held by You. Amen.
