Um, who does our Mishnah follow? The Gemara says, "Ben Bag-Bag hi." It goes like Ben Bag-Bag.

The Sanya, for we learn that the Braisa Ben Bag-Bag, oime Ben Bag-Bag says, "Nemar kan se," it's written over here with regards to the redemption of the peter chamor in Shemos, pereki gimmel, pasuk gimmel.

It says, "Se venemar lehalon." And later on, with regards to the Korban Pesach, the Torah in Shemos, pereki beis, pasuk eh, the Torah also says, "Se malahalon," just like later on with regards to the Korban Pesach.

"Perat lechol hashemos halalu," it is-- excludes all these names, all these different types that were mentioned in the Mishnah, that you cannot bring a Korban Pesach from them, because a Korban Pesach can only be brought from sheep or goats, but not from a calf and not from a chaya, not a kilayim.

So since you cannot bring it for the Korban Pesach, and also for a Korban Pesach, you can't bring the sheep that's already been shechted.

So we learn from the Geseir HaShavua, the same thing is with the pigeon peter chamor.

Afkan, also here with regards to the peter chamor, perat lechol hashemos halalu, it excludes all these names.

Frag, the Gemara, the Gemara asks, "Im al halon zachar tamim u'ven shanah." So since we're equating it to the Korban Pesach, so we should say just like over there with regards to the Korban Pesach.

So just like over there by the Korban Pesach, this, this sheep that he brings has to be a male, it has to be without a defect, and it has to be a year old.

Afkan, so also by the peter chamor, we should say that he should not redeem only with zachar tamim u'ven shanah, only if it's a male, only if it's without a defect, and only a year old.

The Gemara answers, talmud lomar, that's why the pasuk teaches us in Shemos yud gimmel, pasuk gimmel.

And again, in sh- pasuk pereki lamed daled, pasuk chaf, tivda tivda, two times tivda.

So since the pasuk duplicated this halacha raba, the pasuk included to redeem with any kind of sheep, even if it's not a male, even if it's not without defect, even if it's more than-- not a year old.

Frag, the Gemara, the Gemara asks, "I tivda tivda raba," if you are saying that we have an extra inclusion, extra pasuk of tivda, so why don't we even say, "Afilu kol haninam," so even all these should also be okay, like a calf, a chaya, a kilayim, a shecht one, why shouldn't we redeem with them also? And the Gemara says in Kane, if we're gonna exclude-- include, uh, everything, then resembling my honey.

So why do we gonna use the example of Sese to say that it has to be, uh, something learning out from Pesach? Uh, and it's gonna be without, uh, without any purpose because everything what the Torah excluded were included from Tivta.

So therefore, we're not going to include from Tivta, Tivta the redemption of, uh, eagle, high, kilayim, and shechita because they are not included in a se.

But the only things, uh, we will include would be a Bal Mum, and then a cave, a female, and also two years old because, uh, they are still a se.
