Hello everyone, this is Tom Fox, back again for another episode of the award-winning Creativity and Compliance with my co-host Ronnie Feldman and our very special guest today, Lauren Thal.

Lauren is the VP of Compliance at Tolmar And we are going to have a fascinating conversation about some stuff that she and Ronnie have done together.

So, Lauren, first of all, welcome and thank you so much for taking the time to visit with us.

Could you start by giving us your professional background and what you do and your current role at Tomar?

I think we get to a certain point where we have to stop saying the number of years.

I've now been at a really small company and now here at Tomar, which is about a midsize pharma company for about almost three years, I guess.

And prior to all of that, I was in consulting, starting my career at Ernst & Young and then consulting, which I now believe is other
things.

But, you know, doing not specifically health care, but a lot of fraud investigations and dispute work.
