Hannah IstedGuestRobinHostBut what do you think when someone's like, oh, I just don't really make content because I don't have time?

But I think we often go into the mindset of it being... needing to take a long time and it doesn't it can be really quick and it can be easy but I think if you're kind of going into it with it's going to take ages so I might as well not bother it's really hard to shift that but if you can be like well how much time do I actually have and then work around that I think that's when you get much better results and also just to add I It's incredible to be wanting to even do content and do a full time job, like actually give yourself the power on the back that that is going to be hard.

So you're not going to necessarily have as much energy, as much time, all of the other stuff that people who do this for a living will have.
I think that your whole thing is like obviously marketing in 10 minutes a day, which is really cool.
When I first heard that, before I read your book and everything, and before I got involved in it, I was like, 10 minutes is not a lot of time at all.
But like, why 10 minutes? Why is 10 minutes such a good window of time?

And I wanted to use the time I was spending making tea on something productive.

And they were things that you could do while you're making a cup of tea because generally that process is around 10 minutes long.

And yeah, I was just like pulling out my phone and scrolling, not really making any use of that time.

I feel like, you know, if you go to work in an office, there will be times like that as well.

Like when I had previous jobs, I would be thinking like, I'm not really doing anything right now.

So yeah, that's how it came about because I wanted to maximize these little pockets of time that I had.

And I think also it came about because I was constantly getting this this confessional motion people that they are really busy and they don't have time and I and they really wanted to and if you're a business owner you're kind of signed up to do marketing so you're going to have to make it work so I was like what can I create that they really cannot talk themselves out of and that's where the 10 minutes came in I mean obviously people do still talk themselves out of it I was like come on yeah
No, but the tasks are so good.
Do you want to give a couple of examples of some of the tasks that you tell people to do?
