Well, you know, I want to back up a little bit because what's interesting about my experience and one thing that I really want to point out is that this happened in 2007.

And this was at the beginning of social media, like very, very beginnings of Facebook, for example.

And so when I had my experience, all I had to really pull from was my own experience with previous grief, like losing my brother.

My three youngest children who were with me on that trip were actually the three youngest of six.

But at the time that my brother died, Was we were living far apart from each other.

I was I was married at this point kind of settled into my own house all that and he was only four years younger than me and It was just devastating because my religious background was such that he I had to worry about his soul.

And over the years that started to soften, and I started to feel like he's okay.

And then when my kids passed, and then I had to re evaluate everything that I believed.

And when something really hard like this happens, what we have to realize is that our foundation crumbles underneath us.

The foundation, all the things that we relied on, all the things that we thought were true, it's like the world is not what I thought it was.

And so I didn't have Facebook and social media and podcasts and all that kind of things.
