And I wanted to ask, what does going further mean to you, for your clients and for the business itself?

So we had a brand consultant in after a couple of years of go as DC, and it was really interesting to do an exercise across the whole team of, you know, what does development mean to you, or do you think it means to your clients and take some external advice for ourselves.

So we kicked that around for a bit, and what came out of it was, you know, s- as you'd expect, certain key words about, you know, sustainability and value for money and, you know, these kind of things.

But he said, "The one thing that you've all articulated is that you're not trying to make your clients perfect, but you're trying to get them to the best that they can be under the circumstance." That might be financial circumstance, market circumstance, et cetera.

So you're actually trying to get them to go further, further than they would've done without you." So we kinda latched onto this kind of strap line saying, "Well, that's pretty neat, actually." Because yeah, we are.

We're trying to make them go further and achieve their short, medium, and, and long-term goals, whatever that might be.

And in some cases, we're trying to get them out of distress and back onto a stable platform.

We then looked at it internally and said, "Well, same applies to us, really, right?" How do we make our people go further? How do we make our people want to develop in various things and learn new things like, you know, AI and 3D printing and all these things that we're gonna be involved in at some point within our clients? So yeah, it kinda just stuck from that exercise, really.

And then we've used it through our external branding, PR and comms and then our internal branding really, and, and team days and things like that.
