As I thought about bringing you on the program, it's what caused me to say, yes, you need to be on the program.

Why does language matter so much for leaders in how they use it, in what they say and when they say it? And I love what you just said.

I've always thought that was very a creative way of thinking about it because that's a mindset.

know, most of us think more about maybe what we're going to wear today than the way we talk to ourselves and the words we put on.

But the interesting thing is our brain is just a big processor and it focuses and there's a lot of research behind us, but it focuses on what we tell it to.

So why a leader needs to have good leadership with language is a leader has to have the vision to and to be influential to influence the people that he's leading or she's leading.

And what you think about, this is kind of what I'll say sometimes, but what you think about, you bring about.

And if you learn how to lead your language, you can always be looking for solutions instead of looking at the obstacles.
