I feel like I'm kind of in the business of growth because I am a life and career coach.
And for those that don't or still kind of like fuzzy about it, the way I talk about it, I think about it, is working with a coach is really, it's like having someone on your team, truly that kind of original sports coach kind of origin comes to mind of like someone who's rooting you on, someone who's like running your drills, telling you to go, you know, like push yourself farther than you thought you could have.
So they're helping with accountability and they're also helping you just see yourself more clear.
So, I feel like I'm kind of the perfect person to be a career coach because I've really always known exactly what I wanted to do in my career.
The first decade of my career, I feel like I was getting closer and closer, but circling around something that felt like my thing.
I felt a lot of angst, and I felt vexed at times, like, what is it? What is it? And I felt like, yeah, this photo here.
