That's how we kind of, as I said, you know, sort of act our way into new ways of being is to try it on.

I was going to share that when I was training to be a coach at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the grand dom of coaching, Pam McLean, who co-founded it along with her husband, Frederick Hudson, was there and her coaching style, I mean, she's been coaching first of all, for 50 years or something, right? I don't even know how long, but her style is very intentional, very slow, very soft.

And I thought, if that is the model of coaching, then I'm in the wrong business, right? And so through this work though, through the coach training, we actually did a lot of work around figuring out who we actually are as coaches.
