Uh, the book for the week, uh, is "Spiritual Disciplines, uh, for the Christian Life." Uh, so this is by Donald Whitney, and basically he argues that believers need to exercise, you know, that godliness as the Apostle Paul says in, um, uh, First Timothy 4:7, uh, "Have nothing to do with reverent and silly myths.

Rather train yourself for godliness." So he takes that entire, uh, verse and argues for, uh, training in godliness.

Uh, so he talks about prayer, he talks about, uh, fasting, he talks about, uh, Bible intake, uh, evangelism, saving, and several other, uh, uh, topics.

Uh, basically his argument is we need to exercise ourselves for those.

Uh, and it's a quite, uh, good book for every Christian to, to read.

Um, yeah.
