Yeah, doing HR in working specifically with small businesses, there's so much that business owners don't know.

They don't know to ask, they don't know what they don't know.

And there is so much compliance risks with HR.

And when I started looking at AI about a year and a half ago, I realized there was this bridge between AI and HR.

When we were doing the prep call, you were talking about the wild, wild west of AI.

And it really is.

There's so much going on.

It's moving so quickly.

And businesses are not proactively thinking about the way to protect themselves and to make sure that their information, their data, their work, and their employees are doing what's right when it comes to the use of AI.

Specifically with HR, where do you see the biggest risks?

The biggest risk with HR is anytime you let AI make a decision for you that you cannot justify.

So whether it's a hiring decision, a termination decision, anytime you make any of those and you dump your information in and say, and this is what's going on and tell me what to do.

And it tells you to hire this person over that person or yes, go ahead and terminate.

It doesn't understand all the nuances.

And when you get to court because that person is complaining about it and wants you to tell why you're doing it, saying that AI told me to is not the justification and it's not going to work.

And that's probably the big red shining alarm light that's going off.

But there's also things like making sure that you're using protected information.

So you don't want to put social security numbers in.

You don't want to put personal information in.

And you want to make sure you have your security guards set up on whatever system you're using.
