You want to bring together what you've learned and what you've done in the past.
But what made you feel that you had to make the jump and start this project? Because you were in Rotterdam, as you said, things were going well.
You had multiple businesses there.


And he asked me, Mario, can you look at the plans and can you give us some input? And I said, no, okay, it's okay.

And I said, in my opinion, there's only one possibility in the beautiful building and that's a fine dining restaurant.

And then he said, okay, can you go to an architect and can you make a plan of it? So I did, and it was a beautiful idea.

And then we continued and we continued, and we had to work out a plan, and we did that.

And then he said, Mario, do you want to do it yourself? And that's a very difficult question because if you can do something on paper and you can do anything you want without...
