We Are Massive | Cardiff Central

Friday evening, Cardiff 22, uh, Stormers 16 at the Arms Park as Cardiff book their spot in the end of season playoffs for the first time since they've come back in their current form.

Uh, it was a dodgy start.

Liam Belchers saw an early yellow card when, and Andre Smith took advantage of that with a score.

But once we were back to 15, the blue and blacks scored some excellent tries.

Two, uh, first two finished by Jacob Beetham and Tom Bowen respectively.

Sacha Feinberg-Ngomzulu kicked a penalty before Smith then saw a yellow card for a high shot on James Botham, and Ewan Lloyd capitalized with a, a diving, well, a stretching finish in the corner, I think you would describe it.

Uh, another penalty cut the deficit just after the break, but, uh, Beetham grabbed his second with a, a smart tap penalty move finished by him in the corner.

And Cardiff were comfortably ahead, uh, with some solid game management and excellent defense maintained there until Feinberg-Ngomzulu took a penalty with the last kick of the game to seal the bonus point.

That's how much we crushed them.

[laughs]

[laughs]

Crushed their, their spirit that they decided to take the losing bonus point.

Comfortable is not how I would have described that.

[laughs]

I was, I was on the beach, weren't you? [laughs] I was totally relaxed.

Uh, we had, uh, as I've seen to the guys just before, uh, recording here, uh, wins are good for engagement on social media, as it turns out at this level, where we had 48 Three Wood thoughts come back.

I'm not gonna read them all.

I just picked out a, a couple to, uh, to highlight.

Gareth said, "Defense physicality immense." Ryan said, "Fortress Arms Park." Ben was on cloud nine.

Martin, uh, said, "We bossed the breakdown." Ben, uh, summarized it with, "That meant everything." I, I'm just saying the same names here.

There are different Bens and Martins, I just realized.

[laughs]

[laughs]

Another one.

Another Martin said, "Back row gods." Uh, Joe was less relaxed than me.
