Two of the most iconic brands, as you mentioned, but more importantly, just some of the most exceptional, most talented people I've ever worked with.

I think when you're 22, 23, 24, and I guess I left the NBA when I was 28, you don't necessarily appreciate how talented some of those folks are.

until you start to kind of elevate your career and you look back and you realize that the mentorship and the guidance and everything else that you got from some of those individuals is just absolutely invaluable.

Very much the case that I wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't start my career in those kind of large scale organizations, kind of learning playbooks, shadowing those folks and continuing to kind of figure out what is next for me.

When I joined the league in 2004, I think we had two people on the ground in China at the time.

What I loved the most about that opportunity and was that it was really kind of a blank canvas.

But a lot of that assignment at the league was really to say, hey, figure it out.

And Over the four plus years, five years I was there, we scaled the business to over 125 employees.

And so it was just one of those experiences in your career, like right place, right time.
