I mean, what's really interesting, what we're seeing right now, and I think everybody, even the companies that are performing exceptionally well in our portfolio are still cutting resources right now.

And I think a lot of that is attributed to the efficiencies that AI can bring to those companies.

And it's not that...

the talent is bad or it was a bad hire or this or that.

It's just, it's really hard to justify headcount when you can automate so many of these tasks.
