He has been involved with LEADS since its inception and has supported leadership development across Canada and internationally. **About Dr. Phil Cady** Dr. Phil Cady is President of Cognitive Leadership Strategies West (CLSWEST) and has more than 30 years of experience in applied leadership development. A former officer in the Canadian Forces Health Services, he is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Royal Roads University and served as principal investigator for the LEADS Refresh.
