I think that it underpins and has an effect on many of the different capabilities themselves in the framework.

So I think that there's been a big shift from an individual focus more towards systems leadership.

And you see that in a reflection of the, there will be a domain name change.

And that comes from people advising us that, you know, transformation is less punctual and formal and opened and closed and ordered these days, that it's ongoing and it's constant.
