Online nutrition coaching is not just about assigning macros, calories, or meal plans. It is about helping clients build habits, create accountability, and make better nutrition decisions in real…
Brittany SnyderGuestand that's really what we wanted to talk about predominantly today was how People can use Chunky Coach.
I mean, we obviously emerged as part of Barbell Logic and we're very strength and conditioning focused, but many people may not know that actually from the very beginning, one of the core features that we built enabled coaches on the platform to... provide nutrition coaching in a very unique way in the market.
I don't actually know of any other platform that offers the ability to provide coaching on two different platforms where you can support either one coach running their strength and conditioning and the nutrition or two different coaches because many of our staff are not nutrition experts and vice versa at a time it's less so now but at one point in time we had nutrition coaches who weren't strength conditioning coaches so

You could do this pit crew mentality, right? And I think I just kind of appreciate that, right? The strength coaches here focusing on this and then the nutrition coaches here, but the calendars blend together.

So if you're going, oh, our nutrition targets supporting their strength, I can go take a look, even if they're not my strength client.
And I think you were one of the first that I think highlighted perspective that i didn't really consider until you talked about it you know i was very focused on what was the coach experience um you know the the impetus behind having two calendars from the coach perspective was so that they didn't get cluttered um because way back in the day we had one of either two options either both coaches would jam everything onto one calendar and the and both coaches would be looking at
this huge
list of workouts and it was really hard to tell like It was almost impossible to read the calendar on one screen.
Or you'd have the nutrition coach doing like a Google form and they would check in completely off the radar and the coach would have no idea what that client was doing with their nutrition coach.
I remember one of my clients had a nutrition coach who significantly reduced calories.
And I just kept programming like they were trying to get stronger and didn't realize I was basically running them off a cliff that they weren't fueling.
And so that was what the two calendar system enabled for the coaches is that just like you described the ability to see each other, but you highlighted this kind of superpower effect from the client perspective that they feel like they're getting customer service
walk
How you came to that or maybe you experienced it yourself or why that is so valuable from your perspective?
