And so I wanted to have CJ on today because he obviously talks to a lot of people who are learning how to coach and becoming a better coach.
And often what feels initially like the hardest thing to do is to find your first clients.
And I assume you've had a lot of conversations along those lines over the years, CJ.

Yeah, we talk about it a lot as like the zero to some kind of category, the zero to a few, like that big gap that people crossed.

And that sort of gray space where people, they take coaching 101 or they email me or like I'm just talking with a coach in person today.

They sort of are coaching already because they've got, you know, like lifting buddies who are asking them for advice.

And it's navigating that space into something that feels real, something you can put down and be like, now I'm a coach.

And if you don't mind, Andrew, I would actually love to open up kind of like what that looks like for people.
