So, Seth, before you actually zoomed in, I was listening a little bit about your interview and you had mentioned in a previous interview, you had mentioned you're not necessarily a specialist.

And in fact, prior to this, you said you're more of an entrepreneur who happens to be an accountant.

So tell us a little bit about your perspective and where you came from and how you got here.

What happened was, there are people, my partners, managers, they've always been, they were at big firms or they were at small firms and learned to bookkeeping and work their way up, or they were at bigger firms and worked their way down, for lack of a better term, from a size perspective.

And then I wanted to do asset management and worked in the financial planning world.

And when, after I just, I worked at a smaller firm after passing the CPA, I, once I started going to the smaller firm, I realized, A, I thought I could bring in clients better than they did.

They're just taking numbers and throwing them, and regurgitating them on a tax return.

And as I started to build this thing, and I started this from scratch, I guess in 2012, my father is a retired, now retired, trust and estate attorney.

He provided me with 15 to 20 clients and it was enough to survive and deplete my bank account, but survive.
