So tell us a little bit about your perspective and where you came from and how you got here.

I'll try and keep it short, but it never really ends up that way.

What happened was, there are people, my partners, managers, they've always been, they were at big firms or they were at small firms and learned to bookkeeping and work their way up, or they were at bigger firms and worked their way down, for lack of a better term, from a size perspective.

I started off in D.C.

I wanted to work on Capitol Hill.

And then I wanted to be an investment banker.

And then I wanted to do asset management and worked in the financial planning world.
