Or what are the things that you don't know about about their business? And when you take the time to ask the right kind of questions, you should be gathering a lot of information about what they're all about, not what we're all about.

And that is, it's not really a secret, but you know what, Tim, the way it's operated out there, sometimes that's a secret that, oh, I thought selling was telling.

I always use this example, Tim, the best sales manager I ever worked for was my mom.

And she used to tell me when I was little, Gary, you have two ears and you have one mouth.
