Kurt McDonaldspeaker_3speaker_5The Central Coast Mariners for Brisbane Raw 2 at Jocker Stadium or whatever it was called for two hours on the broadcast.
Adam, starting with you, it was not the best start to the season for the Raw under new coach, Jono Clemente.
Yeah, no, well, it wasn't, I guess, the perfect start, but I think that it shows pretty much that I'd say the Raw seemed a bit underdone, not to discount what Central Coast did.
Look, I think a bit of the drawing board, I think, needs to come out again for John O'Clemente because unfortunately a few very, very soft goals and they were widely punished by a very, very good Central Coast Mariners team.

Adam, I just really think that you make the defensive mistakes like you did.

And we did say this in the press conference to the Central Coast Mariners too, that they did start off very, very well with a well-worked goal from Peter Tremis in the seventh minute.

And like that really there, like the Mariners really could have been two or three up after 10 minutes because of just those Those defensive miscues, the inability just to clear the ball and just put your foot through the ball and just make sure that it's just out of the danger zone.
Yeah, it was, it looked like a back four that was still very much getting on the same page as one another.
Just the keeper, the defenders, just trying to get themselves on the same page as well.
Like Josie Studer was playing as a left-sided central defender in a back four and From memory, she was more of a wingback, fullback last year as well.
And, you know, that's a big change as well, not to mention the fact that she's got three new teammates next to her as well.
But it definitely did look like a side that was still... almost, you know, three-quarters of the way through their preseason, which, you know, given the way some of the seasons faded out under previous coaches as well, maybe a slow start is going to lead to a strong finish as well.
But, Kurt, there were some notable debuts, as has been the case for just about every A-League side for the Raw women.

Yes, we've got a number of debuts there, and their cap numbers are as follows.
