Rav Nosanzal explains, speaks about this, and he says that Moshe Rabbeinu and the Shiraz Hazinu covers a lot of different topics.

Number one, he makes Klal Yisrael aware that there'll be a Chastorah Shebetoi Chastorah, that there's going to be a tremendous darkness in the world, that Hashem is going to be very hidden.

We have so many yeshivas and shuls and sfarim, new sfarim coming out every few minutes, Baruch Hashem.

And yet the Torah says, that with all of this, it's possible for a person to be in yeshivas and not feel a deep connection to Hashem, a real connection to Hashem.

And goes on to speak about, he uses the wording, Let my words be like rain and like dew.

The message here that he's saying, a person looks at rain or dew, Looks like water, no big deal.

And so to do, which looks like ordinary water, and yet we know to hold the incredible positive effect on every type of agriculture.

And Moshe Rabbeinu says here, that my words, even though a person, it might seem to a person like these are regular words, these words are incredibly deep and full of incredible secrets.

And therefore, he says here, I'm addressing Hashemayim, I'm addressing the people on the highest level, the Dorei Mala, the most advanced Talmid HaFamim and everything.

They can listen to my words and they'll hear many new things that they don't know.

And then, he makes it perfectly clear that he's addressing the people on the lowest levels, furthest away from Hashem, that all of them will be able to find themselves in the words of Moshe Rabbeinu, and will be able to get the encouragement, the motivation that they need from his words.

And then he goes on to say, Because from all of his words, that the message in all of Moshe Rabbeinu's words is calling out, proclaiming the name of Hashem, bringing honor and glory to Hashem.

And therefore, he says, if you'll believe in what I'm saying, you will also be able to join me in bringing tremendous honor to Hashem.

And you'll be able to get an understanding, each one of you on your level, regarding the greatness and awesomeness of Hashem.

Because the tzaddikim, through their chidushe toira, the incredible revelations that they reveal of the Holy Torah, and through their discussions, a person gets a realization from them as to the greatness Hashem.
