Garcia, Benn and Weighty Issues

I want to go first here because I've got the obvious one.

Like I've got the easy one, so I'm going to go first.

I'm going with Katie Taylor.

who is the clear winner of the week.

Katie Taylor becomes a three-time undisputed champion over in her home country of Ireland.

Sells out Croke Park.

83,000 people inside Croke Park.

82,999 Irish men and women and one Mexican over there.

Sergio Mora was in that venue.

It was a sight to behold watching on TV.

The ring walk was special.

The fight itself, Katie dominated to become a three-time Undisputed Champion, but that was secondary to the moment.

If you're a great fighter and you're going to go out, there's no better way to go out than how Katie Taylor went out.

Getting a win in a historic venue where Muhammad Ali has once fought, where all great bands have once performed, to go out like that was something to watch happen.

Happy for Katie Taylor.

Our 10-year professional career is over.

Her nearly 30-year boxing career is over.

And she goes out with a great performance and a great night.

And you were there.

You were there.

Was it as advertised?

You know, to quote Ricky Roma and Glengarry Glen Ross, life is looking forward or looking past.

Where is the moment? You got to relish the moment, Mannix, and that's the reason I flew my ass all the way to Dublin.

I wanted to be part of that moment.

I wanted to be part of history or herstory with Katie Taylor, because I remember calling her fight in Boston early in 2000, what, 18, 19, whenever it was, and I knew she was going to be great then.
