up that is so huge and so relatable in so many so many ways like first of all you when you were talking about the marketing team of one and I think that you know lots of people listening to this podcast will relate to that where it's you know how do I bring that idea to life I haven't got a team of graphic designers that can pull it together and AI is still not like quite there yet and you know some people have got remote teams and people that can help but When you're starting out and don't have the budget for that, it is a case of figuring it all out yourself.

be marketable and to put themselves out into the world and you know I was there I had like a full kind of like a full circle moment last year because we we got married in Costa Rica we have a love affair with Costa Rica we go back most years we've got friends that live out there now like it's just it's for us it's so special

I thought you lived there at one point because I'd seen it popping up and I was like oh my god she's emigrated

we're literally we're there quite a lot We were there last year and I've been working.

So one of the places that we stay when we go out there, they've actually, they're changing.

So they were always a surf resort and they are kind of evolving into this surf and wellness resort now.
