I love seeing those people on Instagram who are like, oh my God, it's the best thing I've ever done.

So I quit a number of times before I actually quit or I slowed down and I slowed down.

But essentially, the reason that I quit is not because I was a raging alcoholic, although there were probably times in my life where I probably would have been classified as one, but more because it no longer felt good in my body.
