I think you have to ask longer term employees if I've changed cause I, I don't feel so.

Yeah, definitely I was going to get to that on the hands-off side, but it's mutual respect and caring.

And I think, you know, for instance, if it was for sales and it's not going the right direction, it's like, what's going on? Like, how can we help? What can we do? How can...

What do you need to make it happen? And just sort of encouraging others to come into the conversation, the picture.

And I always thought to myself, if you're very open book and very trusting, then the people that... trust you, we'll understand it and then follow along.

The ones that want to take advantage and screw you, then they're going to do that and we'll get to that and they'll be gone.

well, one of our core values is accountability and we say, you know, trust is accountability.

Breed trust and people will respect you and people will follow you and work with you.

Let's move over to beer because it'd be hard to do a podcast with you and not talk about our beer.
