How do we b- be- how do we more deeply belong to people? And how do we, uh, more deeply...
A- and as such, how do we then b- therefore more deeply become? And, uh, we are now in the part of the ver- we, we've s- you know, Jesus opens with, "These things I have spoken to you," and w- last episode we talked about these things and how all these things that He's talked about is not just what's in that one conversation with His disciples, but it's all the things of s- of this text of scripture, which is, what does it mean for us to be in this large story-
... that God is telling and is inviting us to join our stories with Him, bring in alignment to our stories with Him, which is not easy, uh, for me to do.
But today we're, we're focusing on these things I have spo- these three words, I have sp- Jesus says, "I have spoken." And the, the first thing I want us to pay attention to is that it's the I.

How many times have we been in a conversation with somebody and we say like, "Gosh, well, I don't, I don't wanna upset people." People.

They're, they're encountering something within themselves, and they're, and they're, "I'm afraid to say this, 'cause I'm, I'm, I'm afraid I might upset somebody." Somebody.
